 wareness exercises\, created to bring you in contact with the energy from 
 your loving heart.\nWhen you share this space with others\, it will help y
 ou to stay in the Here and Now \, and you learn to be open while feeling v
 ulnerable and soft. Love is receiving and giving\, taking and letting go\,
  welcoming and saying good bye.\nThis leads to a process of gentle healing
  of hurts from old belief systems and conditioning acquired during your li
 fe. The result will be that you find fulfillment and contentment within yo
 urself.\nwe will use tools such as\nDancing\, Shaking\, Emotional release\
